Outdoor meeting
Team building with horses means taking your colleagues out of the office and/or teleworking context so that they can meet in the open air, a first step towards relaxation for everyone.

Arrival, Introduction, and Presentation (15 min)
Activity 1: Observation of a herd of horses (30 min)
Objective: Start the workshop with a first experience with the horses and a discussion about their behaviors in terms of leadership, organization, and decision-making within the herd.

Activity 2: Leading a horse (30 min)
Objective: Identify different leadership styles within the team and raise awareness of how each participant contributes to the team.
A – Suggest that participants complete a course with a horse on a lead rope.
B – Ask each participant to complete a course blindfolded with the horse, guided by the other team members.
Break (15 min) with coffee, water, and croissants.
Activity 3: Natural Horsemanship (30 min)
Objective: Observe the impact of non-verbal communication and its influence.
A – Offer participants the opportunity to lead a horse at liberty: – in a designated space – in a team – without speaking – at different gaits.
B – Discussion on team spirit without control tools (here, without a lead rope).
Conclusions and Feedback (15 min)
