This workshop combines personal development as well as ethology and natural horsemanship where horses will be able to teach you where your limits are and how to express them.

The workshop includes an immersive experience within a herd of horses as well as dynamics in a pen and discussion around the concept of consent, respect and limits.

15h30 Arrival & introduction to concepts of consent, respect and limits

15h45 – 16h15 Immersive experience within a herd and exploration of limits & consent

16h15 – 17h Leading a horse with respect of the personal space

17h – 17h15 Break time

17h15 – 17h45 Moving with the horse in liberty and in harmony

17h45 – 18h Conclusions and learning points

• a practical learning where you will pick up what you need to change for daily challenges and scenarios
• a break in nature and in connexion with horses
