Adults come to me because they are looking for answers.
The questions are about themselves — their decisions, their confidence, their direction. Sometimes they arise through the relationship with their horse.
I am here to help bring clarity to what is often felt but difficult to name.
Ways to work with me
Some feel drawn to horses.
Others come because their relationship with their own horse is raising questions.
All paths explore the same idea:
that horses can reveal something important about ourselves and the way we relate to the world.
For adults
• feel naturally drawn to horses and their presence
• sense that horses can offer a different perspective on personal questions
• are looking for an experience that is both grounding, insightful and meaningful
For horse owners who…
- Deeply believe in the unique bond they share with their horse
- sense that their relationship with their horse is asking deeper questions
For teams & organizations
Horses have a remarkable way of revealing how we communicate, collaborate and lead.
I also offer coaching for teams & companies where we can explore leadership, trust and collective dynamics in a very direct and experiential way.
These sessions offer a powerful team-building experience rooted in presence, observation and authentic interaction.

Bonjour, bonjour !
My name is Antonia Eraud. I’m a rider, equine therapist, horse-assisted coach, mental performance coach and animal communicator.
Horses have always been at the center of my life. I live and work with them every day — they are not only my partners in my work, but also part of my family. I currently share my life with four horses and work both from my property and in an equestrian center.
What fascinates me most is how horses reveal what is happening within the relationship we share with them — and sometimes within ourselves.
My background combines academic rigor and intuitive listening. I completed several master’s degrees in fields such as business, publishing, animal law and mental coaching, and studied in particular at Oxford University.
I also trained in animal communication with Cécile Guillaume, an experienced animal communicator and equicoach who created a training program dedicated to equine professionals.
My approach stands at the crossroads of practical horsemanship, personal development and intuitive listening.
