Mental Coaching for Young Riders

…and for families who want to see their teenager grow through their equestrian journey

Sometimes all it takes is a small shift to turn stress into momentum, find your rhythm, and approach obstacles with confidence and commitment.

“We just don’t know how to help anymore… Should we change horses, trainers, or even clubs?”

You’ve tried talking to the riding instructor. You’re doing your best to get your child to open up, but they shut down. You see them struggling, instead of enjoying this new chapter of their equestrian path.

But what if the issue isn’t the horse, the trainer, your child — or even you?

What if the breakthrough doesn’t come from a magical fix…
…but from a safe space where your child can breathe, explore who they are, and reset?

A space to sort through their thoughts before getting back in the saddle.
A space to name what they feel, ease the tension, face their fears — and rediscover their drive?

My goal is to guide them to uncover their own inner resources — to move forward, step by step, or even at a gallop when they’re ready.

I offer tailored support, on foot or mounted depending on the needs, focusing on emotional regulation, self-esteem, and long-term confidence.
It’s a deep, embodied approach — always in connection with the horse, that extraordinary partner who doesn’t judge, but reveals.

Words from Future Champions

“I feel more relaxed before competitions, and I perform better. I’ve developed course visualization techniques that help me react more quickly. Coaching with Antonia helps me stay calm and focused before important moments.”
Pedro, Barcelona

“What helped me the most was being able to talk to someone with real experience in the equestrian world — someone who truly understands the challenges I’m going through. I couldn’t express that in the same way to my friends.”
Sandra, Barcelona

“At first, I didn’t know what to talk about during the session. Then I just let the thoughts come. In the end, I was proud to have found something specific to work on.”
Inès, Martinique

Who am I?

My name is Antonia — mental coach, equine therapist, lifelong rider… and a determined dreamer.

I’ve often been called an “overachiever”: top of my class, five master’s degrees, endlessly curious. But on horseback, nothing ever came easy. I wasn’t a natural. What moved me forward was always my mindset.

I trained my mare from scratch when many told me to give up. Today, she’s jumping 90 cm, and I live in the countryside, about to welcome my horses home.

Every step was a choice, a responsibility, a commitment. I’ve transformed childhood dreams into adult reality — through courage, vision, and inner work.

That’s the strength I now pass on to young riders: to know themselves, turn pressure into drive, and become who they want to be — in the saddle and in life.
